⚠ Safety — Hazardous voltage

Never touch THC arc-voltage terminals while energized. Raw plasma arc voltage can cause severe injury or death. Only a qualified person should connect arc-voltage wiring.

Machine-specific profiles, wiring diagrams, pin maps, motor tuning, and cut charts always override generic examples. Escalate when unsure.

1. Electrical and air readiness
- Control and plasma protective earth correct — never remove earth to test noise later
- E-stop verified before enabling motion
- Clean dry oil-free air at required dynamic pressure/flow
- Correct machine-torch consumables for selected amperage
- Work lead on clean metal with reliable current path
- Torch body square to the plate in both axes
2. Arc voltage note (for later THC)
Some Everlast CNC connectors offer raw or divided voltage by revision. Use the exact manual. One method only into the Proma — raw OR 1:50 divided, never both. Qualified person only.
Warning: Do not identify arc-voltage pins by color alone.
