2. What's in the crate / flat-pack

Inventory and protect parts before assembly.

1. Inventory against your pack list
Your shipment contents are machine-specific. Photograph the open crate, label bags, and keep fasteners with their assemblies. Do not discard packing until the first verified cut.
- Frame/gantry/rails present and undamaged
- Control box, UC100, cables accounted for
- Torch mount / floating head hardware present
- Docs and any USB/media for Premier profile retained
Tip: If something is missing or damaged, text a photo to Tech 602-899-1115 before forcing assembly.
2. Remove shipping restraints later in order
Chapter 4 mechanical inspection starts with power off: remove shipping restraints and confirm nothing remains in racks, rail paths, water pan, slats, or cable-chain travel — that happens during assemble & level.
